Halloween is approaching. Please keep your cat(s) indoors in a room far away from the foot traffic and away from all the wrapped candy you pass out as treats. If your children are going trick or treating, put your cat(s) in a room while the kids are getting ready, because masks and other costumes accessories make it easy to step on a frightened cat that only wants to get out of the way.

As the weather gets colder, you will find you need to blow-dry your cat to get her dryer quicker. Set your blow dryer on low and turn it on away from your cat at first, so not to scare her.
